By shopping with Bryony Bespoke & providing us with the details we need to fulfill your order, you agree to us sending you updates on your order like disptach information & a Tracking Number.

We will not use this information to get in touch otherwise unless there is a problem with your order, or you have signed up to our newsletter.

We gladly accept returns & exchanges:

– Contact us within 7 days of delivery

– Return items to us within 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

– Custom or personalised orders (this includes rings)

– Intimate items (such as earrings, for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (this will be via 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery or International Tracked & Signed, depending on the item & where you are sending from). If the item is not returned, in its original condition, or is missing any original packaging the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

– The value of any accepted returns or exchanges are less the cost of original postage to you, the buyer.

– Only once the items have been returned will we issue refunds or sort exchanges.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to buy the right ring or bangle size.

We are happy to resize any jewellery bought from us, if returned within 30 days of receiving it (in the same condition it was sent to you in) but this is at an additional cost to the buyer.

Ring resizing: £10 per ring, plus Postage & Packaging (trinity rings at £20 plus Postage & Packaging).

Bangle Resizing: £15 per bangle, plus Postage & Packaging (triple bangles at £25 plus Postage & Packaging).

If for any reason you have a problem with a piece of jewellery ordered from us within 6 months of purchase, we will carry out repairs free of charge for normal wear & tear. Any accidental damage can be repaired, but at an additional cost to the buyer (variable, depending on what needs repairing).

If you claim an item is faulty but it is clear it has been distorted or damaged by the wearer, the buyer is responsible for postage & repair costs.

If an item needs to be altered once sent out, it is returned and sent back at the buyer’s expense.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded unless faulty as specified by Consumer Contracts Regulations.

I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me ASAP if you have any problems with your order.

We generally ship all our items out once or twice a week. If you are concerned about getting them in time for a certain date or would prefer to have your items quicker, please feel free to get in touch & we will see what we can do to expedite your shipping (please note this could be an additional cost to the buyer).

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.


Many of our smaller items are not hallmarked. Items that weigh under 7.78 grams do not legally need to be hallmarked, & so we pass that saving on to you (as this can be an additional £5-20 extra per item). Therefore making our products more affordable for you.

If you wish to have a piece specially hallmarked which wouldn’t otherwise be, please feel free to get in touch & we will sort it out for you.

Wear & Tear:

Through various wear & tear items may become discoloured, scratched, or mishapen. This is common for silver as it’s such soft material & not a reflection of the standard of work produced by Bryony Bespoke.


All of our jewellery is Sterling Silver (unless otherwise stated). If you have a reaction to any of our jewellery this is not something we are responsible for. Many people can have a reaction to the copper content in silver which can result in a discolouration of the skin, as can some of our oxidised pieces. This is different for each individual, & again not something Bryony Bespoke is responsible for.
