As well as making jewellery from scratch, we also work on a wide variety of jewellery repairs & alterations, using eco-conscious materials wherever possible.

Ring Resizing

Prices depend on the type of metal, carat/colour of your ring, whether it needs sizing up or down, & also if it has any stones included.

Diamonds, rubies & sapphires can usually withstand the amount of heat needed for this type of job, but any other stones will likely need removing before heating up.

There are alternative practices if stones cannot be removed, but this will be based individually with more information of the ring.

Depending on how much work is required for the job, prices start from £20 for silver ring resizing, but please feel free to get in touch if you would like to know more.

Cleaning, Polishing, Plating & Oxidising 

With the constant use of handwash, sanitser, sun creams & (I’m sorry, but) sweat & grime from daily life, it’s no wonder our jewellery can lose it’s sparkle after a while!

Cleaning your jewellery from home is super easy & great for removing surface dirt & getting your stones sparkling again, but we have specialist equipment which will rid your precious pieces from scratches & buff them back up to a high shine. We’re also able to re-oxidise any of your jewellery, as well as get them re-plated.

Re-Stringing

Whether you have a luxurious pearl necklace that needs re-knotting or stringing, or another kind of beaded jewellery we can help.

Pearls traditionally are always re-threaded with silk, however we also have stronger alternatives which could offer your pieces more longevity than standard practice.

Replacement Stones 

Unfortunately, these things happen! As you wear your jewellery, the metal setting surrounding the stone can slowly wear away, leaving the stone vulnerable to knocks & catches. 

However, we are able to closely work with experienced stone dealers to replace your stone with something as similar as possible, or to suit your budget.

Top Tip: wait until it’s dark & shine a torch around where you think you may have lost your stone – Diamonds will sparkle & help you find them!

New Settings

Whether your old one is simply wearing too thin, or you want to give your piece a new lease of life, swapping your old setting for a nice shiny new one usually has more pros than cons!
